Hi, I’m Lisa.

Welcome to my world of yoga, entrepreneurship, and dreaming big!

If you’re here, it’s probably because yoga has touched your life in a profound way—just as it has mine. Honestly, I can’t imagine my life without it.

To me, yoga is a lifestyle—a way of living with intention, connection, and purpose. It’s a space to grow, reflect, and return home to ourselves.

Maybe you’re dreaming of hosting retreats, creating meaningful classes, or stepping fully into your role as a yoga teacher. Or perhaps yoga has become a powerful force in your life, and you’re ready to dive deeper into your practice, discovering new layers of connection and self-discovery.

Wherever you are on your journey, I want you to know this: yoga has the power to unlock your potential, and you already have everything it takes to grow and thrive.

I know what it feels like to dream big and face the doubts that come with it. When I started teaching in 2012, fresh out of my first yoga teacher training in Bali, I had no roadmap. Every class brought a mix of nervous excitement, and I had no clue how to run a business.

But I did have a deep calling, an intuition that sharing yoga was my dharma—my purpose.

What I lacked in formal education, I made up for with determination, resilience, and a willingness to learn. I’m entirely self-taught, and I’ve built my career one step at a time. Along the way, I made plenty of mistakes, faced fears, and questioned myself often. But I never gave up. Even during moments when I was counting every cent in my bank account, my passion for sharing yoga was bigger than my doubts.

Bali has always held a special place in my heart—it’s where my yoga journey truly began, and it became the inspiration behind Inspiro Yoga, which I co-founded with my partner, Nazareno, in 2013. While living and teaching at one of Bali’s most renowned yoga studios, we felt inspired to create something meaningful that combined our love for yoga, travel, and connection. Together, we traveled the world, sharing yoga in every possible way—workshops, studio classes, international festivals, and pop-up events.

In 2014, we began offering international yoga retreats, and by 2025, we’’ve hosted nearly 100 Inspiro Yoga retreats around the globe, welcoming people from all walks of life to reconnect with themselves and discover the magic of yoga in beautiful surroundings.

I’ve also had the privilege of co-founding both Art of Life Raw Food & Yoga Retreats in Bali, blending yoga with raw food and healthy living, and True North Vinyasa, where I’ve led 15+ teacher trainings and certified more than 150 yoga teachers from all over the world.

I’m a Yoga Alliance certified teacher and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) with over 1,000 hours of training and 5,000+ hours of teaching experience.

My certifications include Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, Hatha yoga, meditation, women’s health, and leadership. These diverse influences shape my teaching, and I’m passionate about offering strong, empowering flows as well as softer practices for connection, reflection, and self-care.

With over 12 years of teaching experience, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the journey - with all its challenges, fears, and breakthroughs. That’s why I’m so passionate about supporting others to grow, thrive, and uncover more of what yoga can offer.

Whether you’re seeking to connect more deeply with yourself, evolve your practice, or build a career sharing yoga with others, my mission is to guide you in creating a path that reflects your unique journey.

Yoga is for everyone, and it’s for life.

Your dreams are possible, and you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Let’s create a life you love, together.
