Spring is here - literally - and it’s time to renew!

Welcome to a day filled with practices to clear out the dense energy of winter and make space for the new season of spring! In other words, it’s time to clear out and make space for new beginnings. 

Join the whole day or choose the session that speaks to you. 

PROGRAM

10am–12pm Twisting Into Spring
A juicy, invigorating open-level Vinyasa class with plenty of chances to clear out—physically and mentally—through movement and breath. You’ll be taken on a journey of creative sequences themed around twists and balancing postures, stimulating detoxification and aiding digestion. Towards the end of the class, you’ll have the chance to explore deeper, long-held heart-opening postures. The class ends with an extra-long savasana.

12:00-13:00 Break

13:00–15:00 Rooted Renewal
A deeply grounding Yin yoga session themed around the element of wood, which in Chinese medicine symbolizes growth, renewal, and flexibility. We’ll work with the meridians connected to the wood element, as well as specific points along the channels. No previous experience needed.

Flow Into Spring

Strong & Slow Flow Masterclass

As the season of spring is here, so is the time of renewal, growth and expansion.

In this 2 hour masterclass you’ll be guided through a creative Vinyasa class sequenced with asanas and transitions that go hand in hand with theme of spring and that invites a sense of resetting, clearing and opening up.

I could’t think of a more beautiful place to offer this class than at my friend Asaf Kliger’s beautiful art gallery in the heart of Lund - which at the time of this event has an ongoing exhibition called White Out, which beauitfully adds another layer of purity to the space.

The class is open to those who have experience of a dynamic practice.
